My passion for food and hospitality was sparked at an early age – as a young boy, inspired by visits to fine dining restaurants and the ritual of shared meals with my family. These formative experiences set me on the path to a life in gastronomy.
Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the good fortune – and the instinct – to be in the right place at the right time. Along the way, I’ve worked alongside inspiring chefs such as Andreas Caminada, Markus Arnold, Nenad Mlinarevic, and Sergio Herman, who have each left their mark on my culinary journey.
Today, I offer a refined and flavor-driven cuisine at a Michelin-star level – seasonal, modern, and globally influenced. My cooking celebrates depth of taste and lightness of execution, always tailored to the needs and wishes of each client. The goal: to create meaningful, memorable moments around the table.
